First Aide (Mental Health)

Before you can help somebody else, you have to be of help.
You have to be in the right position. It may sound selfish but
put your sanity first. Take care of yourself, help who you can when you can or when you are commissioned. You were not created to solve other peoples problems. You have enough on your own.
Mental health challenges plague our society. I myself am not an expert on this topic but we all need boundaries, to be respected and to be treated with dignity. Counseling is necessary sometimes. See our resources page, create a healthy support system and lets practice things that work for you.
